Check in / Check out

• Check in - 3 pm on the day of arrival.

• Trash curby will be under stair well.

• Adjust HVAC thermostat to reasonable degree, 70+

• Charcoal Grill located under stair well, please use it away from exterior vinyl!!!

• Trash pick up is Tues. am, please put curby on alley side Monday pm

• Internet password on handout at the house

• Please call 229-416-6136 or 912-572-1303 of any issues/concerns.

• Emergency Contractor numbers listed in Laundry room

• NO SMOKING

• NO PETS

• Please notify us immediately if there are any damages/issues at check in.

Departure checklist:

•  Check out by noon

•  Remove all personal items from refrigerator

•  Remove all trash

• Wash and dry all towels

•  Place bed linens in Laundry room, leave beds unmade

• Wash all dishes, put all away & empty dishwasher

•  Rinse Coffee Maker

•  Place HVAC thermostat back to 78 at check out
